Questions, feedback, bug reports, or feature ideas? Write to hello@feyard.com. We read every message. Feyard is an independent project maintained by a solo developer, so please allow a little time for a reply — but you will get one.

What to include for faster help

• Bug reports: the tool name, your browser and version (for example Chrome 138), your operating system, and what happened. Screenshots help a lot.
• Model loading or WebGPU errors: the exact error text shown in the tool, plus whether WebGPU is enabled in your browser.
• Feature requests: the problem you are trying to solve — the use case matters more than the proposed solution.

Before you write

Each tool page includes a frequently-asked-questions section covering the most common issues — browser support, file size limits, first-load model downloads, and offline use. Many questions are answered there already.

Privacy matters

Please do not attach sensitive files (ID documents, medical records, confidential contracts) to emails. Our tools process files locally in your browser, so we never need to see your documents to debug them — a description of the problem is enough. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Advertising inquiries

Ads on Feyard are served exclusively through Google AdSense. We do not sell ad placements directly, and we cannot control which ads are shown. Issues with advertising are handled through Google’s own channels; see the privacy page for opt-out links.
