Most RAG setups ship your documents to a vector database and a hosted model. Feyard keeps the entire pipeline on the device: the embedding model, the vector index and the generator all run in your browser, so there is no server to trust and nothing to retain for compliance.

The whole pipeline is on-device

Chunking, embedding, the vector index and answer generation all run locally on WebAssembly / WebGPU. There is no backend, so your data cannot leak through a request.
